Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a calm, passive style of yoga that aims to bring your nervous system into balance. Yin Yoga is associated with the depth of the element water. By holding the poses for a long time, we work deep into your connective tissue and can release physical as well as mental blockages. Yin Yoga is the counter pole to your stressful, Yang-heavy everyday life.

Yang Yoga

Yang yoga can have different shapes and expressions. You may have heard of Vinyasa yoga, Hatha yoga or Ashtanga yoga. In my Yang classes I mix elements from these styles. With dynamic poses, breathing exercises and intensive stretches we will activate your inner fire. Become familiar with the uniqueness of your body and increase your self-confidence through new strength and awareness.

Yoga Nidra

Translated as "yogic sleep" or "united sleep", the goal of Yoga Nidra is to dive into a state between consciousness and sleep. With a journey through your body we can activate your subconscious. According to Swami Satyananda Saraswati, the forefather of Yoga Nidra, creativity and memory can be enhanced and one's nature can be transformed.
